Foraging Workshop with Natalie Daniels

Join Us Saturday May 31st from 12-2 at the Humboldt Park field house for an afternoon of foraging and education! Natalie, our wild food instructor, will go over the basics of foraging with us! We will get to learn how to forage safely as well as ethically. During this event, we will go on a plant walk so we can discover the wild food growing all around us.

Madness Mapping and Safety Planning Event

Join Rayo-Co-Op and Therapy Access Project for a hands-on workshop where we’ll guide you through creating your own safety plan using Keeping Us Safe: A Wellness-Centered Madness Map & Crisis Planning Guidesheets by Kayden Rose. Guided walk-through of wellness tools and crisis mapping

This event is open to anyone navigating mental health challenges, anyone who is mad, seeking alternative healing, or wanting to build a personalized crisis plan.
